MEET JOE

For a Healthier Happier You

My interest in nutrition started from a young age since I had my own issues with gut health. This made me realise the importance of diet on our health and wellbeing. Unfortunately I was not offered the support that I needed at that time and it was not until I got to university that I was eventually diagnosed with IBS.

This sparked my interest to study for a BSc degree in Nutrition at The University of Nottingham. Following that, I went on to complete my post graduate training to register as a Dietitian at the University of Chester.

I am now a Dietitian in the NHS in London. However, I also offer a range of private services to suit your individual needs. I work with clients primarily online.

My goal is for clients to achieve symptom control so you can ultimately improve your quality of life.
